The complex is easily accessible via the Eastern Freeway from the west and Eastlink from the south, only about 2 minutes away from the Ringwood Bypass.

In 2008, the Car City business expanded into Sydney, with the opening Car City Minchinbury. This complex was constructed to cater for up to 41 independent pre-owned car yards, operating from a perfectly located 10 acre site situated on the corner of Great Western Hwy and Carlisle Ave Minchinbury in Sydney. Car City Minchinbury is only a two minute drive from the M4 Freeway Roper Road exit, and very near the M7.
